Silicone Mold Custom (operated by Shangdian Intelligent Manufacturing, Dongguan, China) respects your privacy. We collect as little personal information as possible, transmit it securely, and never sell or share it for marketing. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your data.

In short: your name, contact details and project files are used only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and manufacture your parts. Your information is protected with HTTPS encryption in transit, kept strictly confidential, and deleted when you ask us to.

We only collect information you choose to share with us through email, WhatsApp or our inquiry channel, such as:

Your name and company name
Email address and phone / WhatsApp number
Project details, drawings, samples or requirements you send us

We do not collect or store payment card details. No payments are processed on this website, so no financial information ever passes through us unless you choose to provide bank transfer details for an order.

To evaluate, produce and deliver the parts or services you order
To maintain our business records and comply with legal obligations

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your details for advertising or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

4. Confidentiality of Your Designs

Your 3D drawings, prototypes and project files are strictly confidential. They are used only for the purpose of your order, stored in a way that limits access to the staff who need them, and are never shared with third parties. Non-disclosure agreements (NDA) are available upon request.

5. Security of Your Data

This website is served over HTTPS / TLS encryption, so information you send us is encrypted while travelling over the internet.
Access to your messages and files is restricted to the people who need them to serve you.
We use security software and server protections (firewall, login protection, malware scanning where applicable) and keep our systems updated.
Because we do not collect payment details on this site, there is no card data for us to lose.

6. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and project data only as long as needed to serve you: for the duration of quotations and orders, and afterwards only as required for legitimate business records or legal obligations. If we have had no active project or contact for 24 months, your data is deleted or anonymised — and you can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It may set only small, strictly necessary technical cookies (or browser local storage) needed for the site to function correctly, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If we ever introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

8. Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing

We share your data only with service providers needed to operate our business, under contracts that require them to protect your data:

Website hosting and infrastructure providers;
Email and communication tools used to reply to you;
WhatsApp (operated by Meta) — if you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are processed under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy;
Payment providers — only in the context of a confirmed order, and only as needed to process that payment.

If you are outside China, your data may be processed in China or in the countries where these providers operate. We rely on recognised safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.
